Creativair position light kit

Here's what the nav lights look like wired.


The hole in the center of the position lights is to mount the landing lights. A 75 watt halogen bulb.

I finally got the light kit assembled. I'm now trying to get a plexiglass wingtip lense moulded. I've tried 1/4 inch, 1/8 inch, and am down to .030 PETG...I'm still getting wrinkles on the compound curves on the ends. If I heat the PETG to much more than 275 degrees It gets little bubbles in the plexiglass. Looks like fog.
